RECEPTION/DISPENSARY OPENING HOURS

 clock8:00  to 18:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday  and

 8:30 to 11:30 on Saturdays for pre booked appointments only.

Please note that the Doctors are not always available during the above hours.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be made by contacting the surgery during office hours. Appointments are available on the day and up to 4 weeks ahead.

Appointments can also now be booked online using SystmOnline. If you do not have log in details for this service please come into the surgery with 2 forms of ID (one photographic) and we provide you with details.

A chaperone is available if required, please discuss with the Doctor you are consulting or ask at Reception.

MEDICALLY URGENT APPOINTMENTS - will be offered an appointment on the same day.

HOME VISITS - If you are too unwell to travel to the surgery and would like a home visit, please telephone before 10.00 am. The receptionist will need to ask enough details in order that the doctor can assess the urgency of the visit.

TELEPHONE RESULTS - If you require the results of a recent test, please call into the surgery, or telephone after 14.00.

TELEPHONE ENQUIRIES / NHS DIRECT - If you would like some advice, you can either telephone NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or if urgent you can telephone the surgery, preferably before 10.00 am and a doctor will contact you.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE INFORM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN OFFER IT TO ANOTHER PATIENT

For urgent medical conditions that cannot wait until the next day, please telephone the surgery on 01394 382046. You will automatically be transferred to NHS Suffolk Out of Hours Service, 111. or dial 111 to access the service direct.
